Founded in 2007 as an electrical services provider, Connect Services established a strong reputation for technical delivery across domestic, commercial and industrial sectors. In 2022, under new ownership, we made a strategic decision to pivot away from general electrical work and focus exclusively on cloud-based security systems, communications infrastructure, and portable solutions.

This wasn’t simply a rebrand — it was a fundamental repositioning to align with where enterprise clients and the industry was heading. Today, electrical services remain available as part of our delivery, but our primary focus is delivering modern, scalable security systems that meet the demands of corporate procurement processes and communications infrastructure to support our client’s needs.

The transformation has been deliberate. Building on our communications capabilities, we’ve invested in our partnership with Verkada, built specialised technical teams, and developed the operational infrastructure to support national clients. The result is a business that understands both the practical realities of installation work and the strategic requirements of enterprise due diligence.

We’re also one of only four VPSN-certified partners nationally, a credential requiring demonstrated installation excellence and client satisfaction verified directly by Verkada.

Out of 309 Verkada partners in Australia, only 27 hold Gold, Platinum, or Diamond status. Our position within this group reflects both the scale of our Verkada deployments and the technical quality of our installations.

How We Operate

Connect Services operates across two specialised divisions: Projects & Installation and Client Services & Support.

The Projects & Installation division delivers high-quality system deployments, supporting work generated internally through Client Services as well as assisting other Verkada Partners who require the addition of installation capacity or specialist expertise.

The Client Services & Support division manages new and existing customers, providing pre-sales, sales, technical support, and ongoing assistance. The team also works closely with Verkada to support their internal sales and technical enquiries.
